Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your choice to use Bandle. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for the App's subscription fees, processed through the Shopify billing system.
1. Free trial
If Bandle offers a free trial, you may use all features during the trial period at no cost. You will not be charged unless you keep the App installed after the trial ends. If you uninstall before the trial expires, no charges apply.
2. Subscription refunds
Because Bandle is billed through Shopify, subscription charges appear on your Shopify invoice. If you are charged for a billing period during which you did not meaningfully use the App (for example, you forgot to uninstall after a trial, or the App failed to function for your store), you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge by contacting [email protected]. Approved refunds are issued back through your Shopify account.
3. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with your Shopify store domain and the charge date.
- Include a brief description of the issue (any detail helps us improve).
- We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
4. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not issued when:
- The charge is older than 14 days at the time of the request.
- The App was actively used during the billed period (bundles created, storefront blocks rendered, or discounts applied at checkout).
- The issue stems from Shopify platform changes, third-party theme conflicts, or store plan limitations outside the App's control.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your Bandle subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
6. Shopify-managed billing
All charges, refunds, and billing disputes are ultimately governed by Shopify's billing terms. For Shopify-specific billing questions, contact Shopify support. For App-level refund requests, contact us directly at [email protected].
