Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bandle Shopify app ("the App"), operated by Swonie Creative Design ("we", "us", or "Bandle"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App to create, configure, and display product bundles on your Shopify store. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Shopify's own terms of service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the bundle configurations, product data, and pricing you set within the App.
2. Your account and store
You must have a valid Shopify store to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must keep your Shopify plan active to continue using the App's storefront and pricing features.
3. App functionality
Bandle provides four bundle scenarios (fixed, mix & match, volume pricing, and variant-level), a theme app extension for storefront rendering, and a Shopify discount function for checkout pricing. We strive to keep the App functional and compatible with supported Shopify API versions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the App will be free of errors.
4. Shopify platform dependency
The App relies on Shopify's platform, APIs, and infrastructure. Changes to Shopify's platform, API deprecations, or store plan limitations may affect the App's functionality. We are not liable for disruptions caused by Shopify platform changes outside our control.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to violate any law or third-party right.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the App's source code.
- Use the App to transmit malware, harmful code, or unauthorized content.
- Overload, attack, or interfere with the App's servers or Shopify's infrastructure.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of Swonie Creative Design. Your bundle configurations and store data remain your property. Shopify and the Shopify logo are trademarks of Shopify Inc.; Bandle is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify beyond the standard App Store partnership.
7. Fees and billing
If the App charges fees, they will be billed through Shopify's billing system and are subject to Shopify's billing terms. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Free usage, if offered, may be changed or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Upon uninstall, your session data is deleted and, after the Shopify redaction window, all remaining shop data is permanently removed. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swonie Creative Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of your use of the App.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App Store listing or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
